Le Muse Bed and Breakfast

I stayed there for a week, the owner Anna was so nice and she checked in on me whenever I needed sth. The room was very clean, everything worked the way it was supposed to and I did not have anything to complain about. The breakfast was even brought to my room and I was able to change the time it was going to be served each day. Fresh fruits and a croissant alongside to some yogurt, cereal, coffee or tea, and some fruit juice. The location is great as well, you have a lot of restaurants around and it is close to a bus station as well. All in all, 10/10 recommend staying there if you want to have a pleasant, smooth stay in Brescia.

This is the worst person i have ever seen in booking.com. Anna promised and confirmed the booking personally and she didn't give us a chance to book through booking.com. She asked us to pay at the same date and get the key. Then one day before our stay she cancelled it. the reason was she had been to the hospital that's what she said. We were trying to book a room for the important meeting. Thanks to anna we had to cancel all our plans.
