The place is great. The owner is very friendly and kind. The apartment is clean, with air conditioning in every room, and the tram is very close. I highly recommend this apartment.

Rented this apartment from Booking.com for our Milan Trip. There were 5 of us and we stayed for 2 nights. I think we paid roughly around £100 per person for the 2 nights. So between £450-£500 in total. It is in the Niguarda Area. A Metro and a Tram ride away from Milano Centrale or Duomo. Go down the Niguarda Centro Tram Stop and walk maybe 5 minutes. Can be hard to find at first but the owner will come and meet you in the gate. There is a key for the grey gate and another key for the apartment. It has 2 bedrooms. The Master’s is spacious with a closet and an en-suite toilet and shower room. It has a Double bed. The other bedroom has 2 single beds with closet. Both have fitted aircon/heater. There is another toilet/shower in between the 2 bedrooms. The living room has a sofa bed. With a 4 seater dining, fitted aircon and a fully fitted kitchen. You can cook if you fancy. The toilet even has a washing machine if you want wash your clothes. The owners are very nice and warm and accommodating and both of them can communicate in english. The owners needed a photo of your passports for insurance purposes so please bring them. They will also orient you about everything that you need to know upon check-in. They even give suggestions for places to visit. Honestly, everything that you need is there, complete toiletries, even slippers. In believe this is a newly built so everything looked brand new. And lastly, what really impressed me was the smell of the apartment. Everything smelled really nice and lovely. Whenever you enter the apartment you will smell a really nice scent. Bot sure what brand of scented thing they put in the apartment but it was really lovely and pleasing. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and worth it.

Best place to stay during our trip to Italy. Huge quite appartment with everything that you can need even when you stay with kids. There are freedge and freezer, washing and drying machine, oven, dishwasher, iron and vacuumcleaner. The place is located in the yard, so no noize from trams and cars, also can leave baby carreage downstairs. Very good and fast wifi, big TV with Netflix, youtube and google services, very big and nice beds. Clean WC and Shower! Just in 100m there is good COOP shop so you can by everything that you will need. Tram stop in 100m it goes now only to M4 nearest station, but its near. A lot of help from owners was also very good. Remember to contact them by watsapp before you will come in 30 min, so they can come and let you in (remember its not a hotel).
